Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) License

As we are based in Scotland we operate under the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority and hold a licence which is run by the Health and Safety Executive. Their role is to ensure adventure providers use good safety management practices. These allow young people to experience exciting and stimulating activities outdoors without being exposed to avoidable risks. Our safe working practices extend to all the activities we provide for people of all ages.

BS 8848

We are fully conversant with BS 8848, the British Standard which specifies operational requirements for organisers of adventurous and educational activities abroad.
